Fortunately we have very many trees in Weybridge. Unfortunately they shed a huge number of leaves in the Autumn, faster than the council is able to clear them all.
Street cleaning
If road gutters and drain covers are blocked by leaves we are advised that the best way to report this is via the EBC Report function - https://www.elmbridge.gov.uk/report - using the “report a dirty street” option.
